PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

Savor (“Company,” “we,” “our”) provides personal chef services ("Service") to clients in Colorado and, in the future, throughout the USA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Our Service includes, but is not limited to, in-home personal chef services, menu planning, grocery shopping, and kitchen cleanup. Detailed service offerings are described on our website and/or provided in your Service Agreement.

• Payment is due as specified in your Service Agreement.
   
• We reserve the right to modify our fees upon notice.
   
• All charges must be paid in full before or upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

• Clients must provide notice of cancellation or rescheduling as detailed in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
   
• Cancellations made after the notice period may incur fees.
   

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
   
• We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
   

Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to our Service is limited as described in the Liability Waiver and Disclaimer below.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
